This caffeine-free energy tea is the ideal jump-start to your day. The combination of turmeric, ginger, lemongrass and cinnamon offers a variety of health benefits such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, improved digestion, mental clarity and increased energy levels. In addition, this tea is naturally sweet and tasty, making it a great alternative to sugary drinks.
PM: Calming tea
This relaxing caffeine-free tea contains a mix of soothing herbs such as chamomile, cinnamon and lavender. It can be enjoyed as a light, relaxing evening tea that helps promote restful sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mood. This herbal tea also contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help reduce inflammation and improve overall health.
For each cup (8 oz) of tea, pour 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea, then boil water directly on the leaves. Leave to brew for 3 to 5 minutes, as desired.
Add honey, sugar, milk, lemon or nothing at all.
