Shipping Policy
All orders are generally shipped by Canada Post, or by private carrier for the greater Montreal area.
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $75 or more, and a flat fee of $9.99 for orders under $75.
Express Delivery
We offer express delivery in Canada for $24.99.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact our sales team by e-mail at sales@tisanes.ca. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to get back to you during particularly busy periods.
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification containing a link enabling you to track your shipment.
Delivery times may vary according to destination. Please note that for reasons beyond our control, delivery may be delayed (bad weather, lost or stolen packages, etc.). Shipping costs are based on the most urban delivery destinations. The Northern Territories are subject to different costs and delivery times than other provinces due to logistical limitations.
Returns Policy
Tea is not refundable or exchangeable once opened as it is a food product. For returns and exchanges of unopened teas and accessories, please contact us at sales@tisanes.ca. Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at TISANES, if you have any other issues or concerns, please contact our customer service representative within 14 days of receipt.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
