A good calming tea for sleeping
Both Lavender and Chamomile have been long used in traditional medecine and aromatherapy for their strong aroma and their soothing properties. Sip up and relax!
For each cup (8 oz) of tea, pour 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea, then boil water directly on the leaves. Leave to brew for 3 to 5 minutes, as desired.
Add honey, sugar, milk, lemon or nothing at all.
