SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, or a local carrier for the Montreal metropolitan area.

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard delivery within Canada when you spend $75 or more and a flat fee of $9.00 for orders less than $75.

Express Shipping

We offer express delivery within Canada at a cost of $24,99.

Unfortunately, We do not currently ship internationally.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach our Customer Service team by email at info@tisanes.ca. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

We will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment, as soon as your your package is shipped out.

Tea is not refundable and not exchangeable once opened as it is a food product. For returns and exchanges of un-opened products please contact us at sales@tisanes.ca

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control delivery may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.). Shipping costs are based on most urban delivery destinations. Northern Territories are subject to different shipping costs and times from other provinces due to logistic limitations.
